It’s always a challenge to fully explain who I am and what I do in a few words, but I’ll focus on what matters most to you when considering your health and wellbeing.

 

I have spent the past 18 years dedicated to holistic therapies, born out of a personal need to alleviate my own migraines. This journey sparked a passion for helping others find relief through massage and has taken me through extensive training in different techniques. Over the years, I’ve developed a deep understanding of the body’s physical, mental and spiritual needs, and I work to address them in every session.

Thai Yoga Massage works along the body’s energy lines (meridians) to release blocked energy and physical stress. It combines stretching and acupressure, helping you feel deeply relaxed while restoring balance. For a more calming, slower-paced option, my Relaxing Massage focuses on soothing the muscles and mind, promoting full-body relaxation.

 

Sleep Problems & Insomnia

 

Sleep issues, especially from stress or an overactive mind, are something many of my clients struggle with. Thai Foot Massage stimulates reflex points in your feet to encourage relaxation throughout your entire body. This treatment improves circulation and calms the nervous system, helping you drift into a more restful sleep. Thai Yoga Massage can also be beneficial, as it increases serotonin levels, which are essential for better sleep.

 

Muscle Pain & Stiffness

 

Muscle tension from long hours sitting, physical exertion, or poor posture can cause discomfort in your daily life. A Deep Tissue Massage is perfect for addressing this, working deeply into the muscle layers to release chronic tension, improve mobility, and relieve pain. For more targeted relief, my Thai Chair Massage offers a seated treatment that focuses on the back, neck, and shoulders using acupressure and stretching techniques. It’s a quick and effective way to loosen tight muscles, whether you’re at home, at work, or at an event.

 

Jet Lag & Travel Recovery

 

Frequent travellers often experience fatigue, muscle stiffness, or stress related to flying. I offer two specific Jet Lag Massages:
