If, for any reason, you weren’t fully satisfied with our service, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. While we cannot offer refunds for services, we’ll do everything we can to get you to a better place.

LATE POLICY FOR @HOME MASSAGE SERVICE:

Life can be unpredictable, and we understand that sometimes lateness is unavoidable due to tube, alarm clocks, last minute meetings or puppy sightings. We’ll do our best to accommodate you. This may involve fitting you in for shorter treatment, giving you priority for the next available slot, or rescheduling your appointment for another time. We do ask that if you are running against the clock for your Zenom appointment, to please give us a heads up and we will do our best to find a solution that suits you.

LATE POLICY FOR THE REST OF SERVICES:

Late birds, please note: slots missed by half of the length or more are cancelled. Last minute changes to slots are made at the discretion of management and are only possible if a slot is  available and other clients are not inconvenienced. We hope you understand that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled services.

CANCELLATIONS | NO SHOW POLICY

Lastly, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your scheduled reservation. We do our best to be fair, so if the cancellation is made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled reservation (at least 2 hours before the appointment time), we charge 50% of the reservation cost to compensate our staff for missed wages. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for reservations cancelled within 2 hours of the scheduled time or for no-show appointments. Additionally, we have a “No-Twinning” Policy, which means the services you select are reserved exclusively for you.

GIFT VOUCHERS | TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Redemption: Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and can only be used for services provided by Zenom within the London area that we cover. 

2. Validity: The gift voucher is valid for a specific period as indicated on the card from the date of purchase. After this period, the voucher will expire and cannot be used for redemption.

3. Lost or Stolen vouchers: Zenom is not responsible for lost, stolen, destroyed, or unauthorized use of gift vouchers. Replacement of lost or stolen certificates will not be provided under any circumstances.

4. Exclusivity: These gift vouchers cannot be combined with other vouchers, promotions, or offers. It is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

5. Redemption Limitations: The vouchers can only be redeemed for services offered by Zenom within the London area that we visit. It cannot be used for products or services provided by third-party vendors.

6. Reservation Policy: Advanced booking it’s. Bookings can be done online or if you find it more easy by email.

7. Alterations and Amendments: Zenom reserves the right to alter or amend these terms & conditions without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated through the Zenom website or other official communication channels.

8. Legal Compliance: The use of the gift vouchers is subject to all applicable laws and regulations. Zenom reserves the right to refuse redemption if there is any suspicion of fraudulent activity or violation of these terms & conditions.
